TRICASTER BROADCAST - How to set up a fake chroma key set

Initial setup to be done each week

1. Go to the "Input Setup" Tab.


2. Make sure the "Follow Preview" button is ON.


3. On the preview row of the switcher, select the camera you want to setup.


4. Click "Live Set," and make sure it is ON.


5. Click "Live Matte," and make sure it is ON.


6. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 for each camera being used.

Setup to be double checked each week, if necessary.

1. 
   
   Use the "Pick Color" tool on each camera, to make sure that the correct color green is selected for chroma.
   
   


2. 
   
   Mess with the settings on each camera until a clean chroma key is setup
   
   

Recording

1. 
   
   Click the tab "Record/Stream"
   
   


2. 
   
   Re-name the recording file to today's date and the name of the show being recorded.
   
   


3. 
   
   When ready to record, click the "Record" button on the far left.
   
   

Post Production

1. 
   
   STOP RECORDING, by clicking the "Record" button the far left.
   
   


2. 
   
   Go to the "Input Setup" tab.
   
   


3. 
   
   Select a camera on the preview row of the switcher
   
   


4. 
   
   Click "Live Matte," and make sure it is OFF
   
   


5. 
   
   Click "Live Set," and make sure it is OFF
   
   


6. 
   
   Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 for each camera until the "Live Set" and Live Matte" settings are OFF
